Assoc. Director - Team Leader AAGI P&C Field Sales Operation

This position has the overall responsibility of sales management of BAY and assisting in creation of the sales strategy for the BAY team, ensure that sales targets are distributed to all Business Development Managers, liaise with Product Managers and marketing to develop sales material to support the banks insurance products. This also includes managing relationship with BAY's regional directors/regional managers and branch managers to ensure collaboration and sales volume according to the company direction. Lead and manages file sales sales operation team, and collaborates with internal departments including AAGI regional manager and branch manager to deliver the excellent services & supports to bank partners.
Responsibilities :
- Plan new product launch according to company and bank partner's strategy
2. Plan and ensure execution of branch sales & marketing activities to drive production.
3. Direct and supervise filed sales opeation (BAY) who work at bank branches to achieve sales target.
4. Collaborate with internal department heads to ensure services/supports are effectively and timely provided to bank partners
5. Lead and direct team members to deliver results with relationship management in mind.
6. Promote the engagement from bank partner's management level (regioanl director and regional manager) to ensure smooth collaboration and business agreement that drive the business via strategic meetings and activities e.g. business review meeting, incentive trip, business events)
7. Lead and manage team in preparing the information and conducting market analysis to support rapid response to new competitive initiatives
8. Lead and manage team in conducting a clear competitive analysis process for the market that is integrated into the business planning process
Qualifications :
• Experience strong working relationships with senior clients, including influence, advice and support to key decision makers
• Experience developing and executing tactical sales plans
• At least 8 years of sales experience in the insurance sector or wealth management platform, preferably with good experience with assurance products and dealing with high net-worth individuals
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales Management, Relationship Management, Sales Operations Support or other related fields in insurance or banking business
Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage.
