Job Summary

Responsible for identifying and implementing necessary changes to enable the business to perform at its optimum level while carrying out a challenging and diverse role. The Business Process Transformation function is also responsible for reviewing new and existing processes—including resources and systems—and making or overseeing any required changes to the company’s infrastructure.


Responsibilities

  1. Overseeing all areas of the assigned function, implementing operational changes, and delivering measurable improvements.
  2. Planning, organizing, monitoring, and managing all phases of assigned business transformation projects.
  3. Developing and evaluating opportunities for creating business cases and models.
  4. Assessing the implications of business changes, analyzing and mapping business processes, and identifying the actions required for transition.
  5. Providing proactive and engaged leadership on key projects designed to increase revenue, reduce expenses, enhance business efficiency, or improve customer experience.
  6. Designing process flowcharts and documenting process narratives and steps.
  7. Building communication plans and developing stakeholder communications.
  8. Demonstrating the ability to successfully lead global cross-functional teams.
  9. Effectively influencing and aligning stakeholders toward consensus.
  10. Multi‑tasking effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or higher (a Master’s degree in a business-related field is preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, business analysis, and process improvement using an agile mindset.
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience on software development teams.
  • AI‑related skills (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot 365) will be an advantage.
