Manager - AAGI P&C Business Process Transformation Analyst

Responsible for identifying and implementing necessary changes to enable the business to perform at its optimum level while undertaking a challenging and diverse role. Business Process Transformation professionals are also responsible for reviewing new and existing processes, resources, and systems, as well as implementing and overseeing any necessary changes to the company's infrastructure.
- Oversee all areas of the assigned function, implement operational changes, and deliver measurable improvements.
- Plan, organize, monitor, and manage all phases of assigned business transformation projects.
- Develop and evaluate opportunities for the creation of business cases and operating models.
- Assess the implications of business changes, analyze and map business processes, and identify the actions required to support successful transitions.
- Provide proactive and engaged leadership on key projects designed to increase revenue, reduce costs, enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer experience.
- Design process flowcharts and document process narratives, workflows, and procedures.
- Develop communication plans and manage stakeholder communications effectively.
- Demonstrate the ability to successfully lead cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Effectively influence and align stakeholders to build consensus and drive decision-making.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, business analysis, and process improvement, with an agile mindset.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience working in software development environments or on software development teams
- Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage.
