Manager - AZAY Agency Training and Development

Responsibilities :
1) Training Strategy
- Provide input to define and manage the overall training strategy and approach for Agency training and development programs, with the aim of achieving high sales performance through Agency channels.
- Deliver training and development programs for the Agency in alignment with the company’s strategy and approach.
2) Training Course Design
- Have overall responsibility for the Agency Training and Development team.
- Define the overall training plan and activities for the Agency Training and Development team.
- Collaborate with relevant parties (e.g., Agency, Direct Marketing, bank partners) to conduct sales training needs analysis, design new sales training courses, and review existing training programs to improve their quality and effectiveness.
- Proactively seek feedback on existing training courses and curricula, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations related to sales training programs (e.g., leveraging existing learning resources, improving supporting materials, or enhancing self-paced curricula).
- Lead and manage the team in developing training roadmaps for different target audiences.
3) Training Development
- Have overall responsibility for training development activities within the Agency Training and Development team.
- Lead and manage the team in developing professional training materials for different target audiences based on training design.
- Review the accuracy and completeness of training content to ensure alignment with defined training objectives.
- Track and monitor to ensure all training materials and tools align with Corporate Brand Identity (CI) and are user-friendly.
- Ensure all training development activities are carried out accurately and on time.
- Undertake other projects as assigned by the Head of Department.
4) Training Delivery
- Deliver training programs for Agents and A/Ls, as well as other facilitative training programs.
- Continuously improve training programs in terms of content and process.
- Lead and manage the team in conducting training and development programs for target audiences within the Agency group according to the training schedule.
- Track and monitor to ensure training programs are delivered with quality and in line with the plan.
- Review training evaluation reports, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance the quality of training and development programs, with the aim of improving sales performance.
5) Training Support, Reporting, and Evaluation
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to continuously improve training and development programs to drive sales performance.
- Provide advice and coaching to the team on handling training evaluations to ensure the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of all training activities (e.g., training evaluations, training tests, and participation rates).
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Training and Development, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Sales Training and Development, Sales/Distribution, Sales Support, Sales Communications, or related fields within the banking or insurance industries.
- Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage.
