Manager - AZAY Business Solution

Mainly responsible for developing business requirements for software implementation or enhancements in coordination with the IT department and business users to meet business needs. This position is responsible for planning, managing, and leading projects of low to medium complexity and scope. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, managing projects, overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing consultancy services in a timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven manner. In addition, this role is expected to demonstrate leadership capabilities and take on expanded project management responsibilities.

1. Act as a Business Analyst Lead for multiple projects, such as Policy Management initiatives, DCA enhancements, and customer self-service improvement projects.

2. Effectively manage conflicts arising from differing stakeholder interests.

3. Serve as the liaison between business units and the IT department.

4. Provide consultancy, mentoring, and coaching to team members on Unit Linked products, business processes, and system functionalities.

5. Lead and promote Agile methodologies in project delivery.

6. Perform Agile roles in Agile projects, such as Scrum Master.


Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics or related field.
- At least  5 years experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Business Development and Improvement, or other related fields.
- Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage.
