Job Summary
Promote the Blue Star X Program to GM/AVP and agency leaders and arrange Career Orientation Programs (COP) for potential Blue Star candidates. Responsible for recruiting, training, and developing full-time agents under the Blue Star program curriculum and skill framework. Organize training sessions and supporting activities throughout and after the program (Blue Star Club). Motivate Agency Leaders (AL), GM/AVP, and agency leaders to support the full-time agent development program, including recruitment, development, and follow-up on sales targets within assigned areas.

Responsibilities

1. Full-Time Agent Promotion

  • Promote the full-time Blue Star concept to GM/AVP and agency leaders
  • Arrange Career Orientation Programs (COP) for potential candidates and interested agency leaders

2. Full-Time Agency Recruitment and Selection

  • Manage candidate selection processes and conduct interviews for the program
  • Organize and oversee interview sessions with candidates
  • Manage and develop newly recruited trainers for the program (future strategy)

3. Full-Time Agent Development

  • Deliver training programs to full-time agents under the Blue Star Program
  • Design and execute post-training activities (Blue Star Club) to support agent development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Training and Development, or related fields
  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Training and Development, Sales/Distribution, Sales Support, Sales Communications, or related fields within the banking or insurance industries
  • Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage.
