Manager - AZAY Full Time Agent Development

Job Summary : Promote Blue Star program to GM/AVP & agency leaders, arrange Career Orientation Program for potential Blue Star candidates - Responsible to recruit, train and development full time agents on Blue Star program curriculums and skills. - Arrange training and activity to support program at any point during and after the program (Blue Star Club) - Motivate AL,GM/AVP to gain support on full time Agent Developement program on recruitment, development and follow up on sales target in assigned area.

Job responsibilities :

1. Full Time Agent Promoting
 - Promote full-time Blue Star concept to GM/AVP & agency leaders
 - Arrange Career Orientation Program (COP) for potential candidates & interested agency leaders
2. Full Time Agency Recruitment and Selection
 - Manage selection process and interviews with program candidates
 - Organize and manage selection process (interview with candidates)
 - Manage new trainers recruited for the program (future strategy)
3. Full Time Agent Development
 - Deliver training program to full-time agents under the program
 - Create and execute after-training activities (Blue Star Club) for full-time agents

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Training and Development, or other related fields
2. 3 – 5 years of experience in Sales Training and Development, Sales/ Distribution, Sales Support, Sales Communications, or other related fields in the banking or insurance industries
3. IC license required

Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage
