This position is responsible for supporting operation office & strategic projects  under the Country Health Operations  and Country Group EB  as well as  mange & monitor department scorecard and dashboard to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Job Responsibilities :

1) Operations Health Operations  Office  : 
         1.1  Manage, consolidate, validate and monitor department scorecard/dashboard to reflect and monitor overall on-going operation performance. This includes  preparation of regional monthly and quarterly reports, as well as finance review reports during QBR, SD, PD.
        1.2 Act as the focal point of AZAP and Group in all operational requirements and initiatives  and coordinate with internal and cross –functional to ensure all necessary actions are taken in response to their needs
        1.3 Manage schedule and Provide secretarial and administration supports for executives (CCHO and CCOTO)

2)    Country Health Operations  Project Coordinator   : Support for strategic projects based on the assignment
3)    Event and workshop arrangement  : Plan and executes events related to health business and operations

 

Qiualifications :

Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in health operations นพ related fields

Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven experience in health operations, facility/office administration, or corporate services management.

Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations, compliance, and operational risk management.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills with ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.

High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and office management systems.

Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships effectively.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage

Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage.
