This role serves as a key partner to the Commercial team by driving strong intermediary relationships and providing strategic insights to support business growth. The position is responsible for supporting GWP and COR delivery, leading relationship management with brokers and agents, and contributing to strategic initiatives through data analysis and market insights.

Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya

Business Performance Support

  • Support the Commercial team in achieving GWP and COR targets through effective coordination, analysis, and execution of initiatives.
  • Conduct portfolio reviews to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and operational effectiveness of commercial channels.
  • Strategic Planning & Market Insights
  • Plan, analyze, and interpret market and competitor data to support the development of strategic business plans.
  • Provide recommendations based on internal and external factors to reduce risks and support both short-term and long-term commercial goals.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with local and regional Commercial teams on reporting requirements, data analytics, and business projects.
  • Support project initiatives and assist in designing programs that contribute to company growth and channel effectiveness.

Commercial Relations & Service Delivery

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key brokers, agents, and ceding companies.
  • Ensure agreed service levels (SLA) are met through effective coordination with relevant teams.
  • Support and collaborate on marketing activities, campaigns, and initiatives for agents and brokers to enhance channel engagement and overall commercial performance.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, Insurance, Statistics or related field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in insurance, distribution support, broker/agent management, or commercial roles.
  • Good understanding of general insurance products and distribution channels.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and portfolio review.

Nice to Have

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data tools is a plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good English business communications
  • Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot365, will be advantage.
