About the Job
In your role as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you’re accountable and trusted to advise senior business leaders on effective talent acquisition strategies to ensure we attract, select, hire and onboard top talent at Allianz Technology to help fulfil business objectives.
You will lead end-to-end recruiting for critical and complex hiring for IT and non-IT functions creating exceptional experiences for hiring managers and candidates.
What you do
- As primary point of contact, you partner closely with senior business leaders to ensure effective recruiting strategies are in place to deliver on business objectives.
- Ensure delivery of end to end recruitment for assigned functions across IT, non-IT, Executive and non-Executive roles.
- Design and deploy proactive sourcing strategies (referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, campaigns, events) to build diverse pipelines.
- Leverage data, talent intelligence and market insights to advise leaders and achieve optimal recruiting outcomes.
- Screen and assess candidates using structured methods; coordinate interviews and drive consistent, inclusive selection decisions as well as leading compensation discussions and negotiations in close partnership with Hiring Manager and HR business partners.
- Provide exceptional Hiring Manager and Candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback at each stage. Monitor and ensure KPIs and hiring metrics (time to hire, NPS, offer conversion etc) are met.
- Mentor junior recruiter, continuously strive for process improvements, automation and efficiency and contribute to activating Employer branding, effective partnerships to ensure inclusive hiring initiatives and fulfil hiring needs.
What you bring
- 10+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in a global or matrixed organization, ideally within technology sector.
- Experience in partnering with senior business leaders, People(HR) partners and CoE teams, delivering with integrity & customer excellence.
- Solid experience in building proactive pipelines and talent pools through Active sourcing / Headhunting for IT and Executive roles (LinkedIn Recruiter with Boolean search, Talent intelligence and mapping, etc).
- Experienced in operating through an enterprise ATS and able to monitor and optimize delivery with analytics, data, and KPIs.
- Able to influence, engage and navigate stakeholders across various levels.
- Collaborative team player, with curiosity to identify and propose practices that elevate the overall People & Culture function.
- Curiosity and willingness to integrate AI into processes, drive continuous improvement, and experience with AI tools such as Chat GPT, Copilot, Phenom etc.
