Specialist - AAGI P&C Claims Motor Own Damage Complex & Large loss - Region

Perform duties with thoroughness, transparency, honesty, integrity, accuracy, speed, and fairness. Focus on providing excellent service while reducing claims expenses and other related costs to maximize benefits for the company.

1. Inspect damage details and approve repairs for insured vehicles and third-party vehicles within authorized approval limits.

2. If claim investigation reveals suspected fraud (Fraud Claim), immediately report to direct supervisor.

3. Submit approved repair claims to the next level supervisor for payment approval.

4. Manage responsibilities to prevent complaints.

5. Claim inspections and evaluations must be accurate, quick, and fair.

6. Work performance must strictly adhere to cost reduction principles for both claims and other expenses.

7. Work operations must strictly comply with SLA.

8. Work operations must include oversight to prevent fraud both inside and outside the company.

9. Maintain a service-minded approach, creating satisfaction for all parties in accordance with company policy guidelines.

10. Assist at the counter when requested.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Have at least 3 years of direct experience in claims processing, especially in negotiating with third parties in the insurance industry.
• Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage.
