Your day at Allianz Ayudhya
- Analyze core business objectives and translate them into clear business and system requirements to support the implementation of technology solutions.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to support teams and leadership in making informed, data-driven decisions.
- Design process flowcharts and document process steps and narratives to improve efficiency and transparency.
- Develop communication plans and deliver effective stakeholder communications to ensure alignment and engagement.
- Lead and collaborate with global, cross-functional teams across projects and initiatives.
- Facilitate consensus among stakeholders by providing balanced, fact-based insights and influence.
- Foster strong working relationships across different business units, including subject matter experts and senior leadership.
- Effectively lead or support meetings by capturing key notes, decisions, action items, risks, and issues.
- Monitor progress of project deliverables and drive the closure of open action items and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment.
- Manage multiple projects or tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to effectively influence and align stakeholders towards consensus
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience from insurance / banking industry is preferred
- Insurance knowledge in terms of non-life (general) insurance products and process are required
