Responsible for analyzing the prime business's objective to help businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners.

 

Your day at Allianz Ayudhya      

  • Analyze core business objectives and translate them into clear business and system requirements to support the implementation of technology solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to support teams and leadership in making informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Design process flowcharts and document process steps and narratives to improve efficiency and transparency.
  • Develop communication plans and deliver effective stakeholder communications to ensure alignment and engagement.
  • Lead and collaborate with global, cross-functional teams across projects and initiatives.
  • Facilitate consensus among stakeholders by providing balanced, fact-based insights and influence.
  • Foster strong working relationships across different business units, including subject matter experts and senior leadership.
  • Effectively lead or support meetings by capturing key notes, decisions, action items, risks, and issues.
  • Monitor progress of project deliverables and drive the closure of open action items and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment.
  • Manage multiple projects or tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to effectively influence and align stakeholders towards consensus

 

Must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience from insurance / banking industry is preferred
  • Insurance knowledge in terms of non-life (general) insurance products and process are required
