Business Analyst

- Conduct business scoping with the business users and to develop the User Requirements for sign off
- Be the entry point for business for requirements related to the dedicated scope (customer touchpoints, end-to-end processes)
- Based on business requirements, design cost effective solution and implement those within maintenance or project
- Ensure delivered solutions meet acceptance criteria and business objectives
- Ensure proper system usage (user guide, trainings)
Key Responsibilities:
Within the “touchpoints” and process perimeter, you will:
- Facilitate communication with Group, regions and IT on functional update / evolution / best practices sharing
- Contribute and animate/facilitate the Project team community : with other working group teams and regional teams
- Take part to relevant committees (release plan committee, application committee) to ensure business needs coverage
- Translate Business needs into Business requirements
- Ensure Business needs consistency
- Ensure alignment with regional project team (on requirements prioritization)
- Ensure consistency of the whole end-to-end process, quality and smooth interfaces
- Ensure functional alignment (and validation) with all business stakeholders (other BCP ROC teams, Group functions, regional /local functions)
- Coordinate business experts (requirement gathering, UAT support, post implementation support)
- Prioritize requirements submitted for Group approval
- Provide different supports for all kind of stakeholders (Group & Regions, Key Users)
- Provide a high-level estimation of solutions and propose alternative solution, when relevant (to fit in the business price)
- Develop test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements
- Contribute and validate the test plan
- Follow-up requirement execution / implementation of Regional business needs
Key Requirements:
- Possess expertise of the supported domain
- Project Management skills
- Ability to rally, liaise, coordinate, collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written while being able to promote, challenge, coach and convince operational level)
- Transversal technical expertise of lead applications within the perimeter / project squad
