The Workplace Services Department is responsible for global end-to-end operations of Allianz Workplace services in France, including Local Client and AMC devices, Allianz Virtual Client (VAC) as main technologies.
As manager of Workplace services for AZ France, you are responsible end to end of the Workplace services delivered to our customers in France. In this role, you are supporting the strategy of Allianz Group and ensuring customers specific needs. You have a strong workplace IT expertise, program transformation experience and leadership skills, allowing to manage confident interactions with various stakeholders on all levers, and to deliver the needed transformation.
Key responsibilities :
- Budget (change and run) : definition and achievements of the targets.
- Project Management : manage all transformation projects with respect to SLA with teams smoothly - Deliver what has been agreed in terms of change and run, according KPI/SLA and ensuring Quality Of Services, with sustainable and innovative solutions based on the technology and modernization roadmap of Allianz France.
- Support for both local services and group services (e.g Application packaging, software distribution, hardware management.
- People management: management of the team and alignment and communication with various stakeholders (other AZ Technology teams, OE France customer)
