The Impact You Will Have
Reporting to the Head of Multinational Service Delivery & Market Practice Leader, North America, as a Multinational Market Practices Specialist, you are responsible for driving the growth and development of multinational insurance programs. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in program design, external engagement, and service delivery. You will assist with the prospecting efforts and onboarding of new clients to our digital client portal. You will also coordinate and align workflows within Distribution and the Multinational Line of Business.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

Assisting and collaborating with the development and maintenance of long-term trusting relationships with defined clients.

Researching key customer wants and needs.

Assisting with Multinational prospecting efforts, helping to achieve growth targets.

Managing the regional multinational pipeline using Salesforce tools to ensure high-quality oversight of new business, renewals and pipelines.

Assisting with coordination of Multinational programs.

Identifying service needs with Multinational clients.

Being the expert for the digital customer platform, training clients and brokers on the platform and ensuring ongoing use and execution of roll out.

Acting as the liaison with Multinational team members to create awareness and execute on priorities with other key stakeholders for Large Corporate Clients.

Serving as a contact point for key customers and internal teams regarding Multinational matters.

Identifying and assisting in the resolution of client experiences as it pertains to in force Multinational programs.

Gathering, reporting, and communicating customers' feedback on Multinational technology and product delivery.

Elevating issues within the organization as necessary.

Keeping abreast of industry and market trends and best practices.

Implementing sales and marketing strategies, working with Distribution and Underwriting.

Developing regionally focused pitch presentations/marketing materials.

Driving broker relationship strategies to support portfolio growth.

Provide training and updates to client-facing colleagues on our Multinational proposition and global insurance program structures.

Collaborating across regions to share expertise and improve client servicing globally.
What You’ll Bring to the Role

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in corporate or specialty insurance;

Understanding of complex Multinational Programs;

Ability to identify customer needs and help transition them into multinational service solutions;

Market and customer research experience with strong market insight;

Strong problem resolution and analytical skills as well as the ability to grasp and solve complex issues and present solutions to others effectively;

Experience in working in an international environment;

Excellent knowledge Microsoft Office applications and experience with relevant business applications and systems;

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
-
Ability to influence internal leaders and key stakeholders within the organization;

Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail;

Project management and change management skills;

Ability to utilize AI tools to support day-to-day tasks, improve efficiency and contribute to data-driven decision making; and

Bachelor’s degree.

The annualized base pay range for this role is $104,361 - $125,000. The annual base salary range represents a nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the AGCS total compensation package. As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, employees are also eligible for annual performance-based cash incentive awards
