Client Reporting Analyst (f/m/d) - Limited to 18 months

The role has multiple dimensions, ranging from managing the end-to-end production and distribution of institutional and retail client reporting to providing high-quality client servicing for clients in Germany and internationally. You will oversee a broad range of reporting deliverables, including performance, valuation, and factsheets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
You will work closely with Client Account Managers across Europe, coordinating responses to client queries and supporting the preparation of materials for client meetings. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will liaise with internal stakeholders such as Investment, Distribution, Compliance, Risk, and IT, as well as external vendors, to gather and deliver client-specific information and implement new reporting solutions.
You will bring your experience in client reporting and operations to continuously review and enhance processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and proper documentation.
In addition, the role includes training and guiding other team members in our reporting portal, promoting knowledge sharing, and supporting activities across different areas of client reporting to ensure operational resilience and cross-functional collaboration.
This position will be based in Frankfurt.
What you will do
- Provide reporting support and client servicing to institutional and retail clients domiciled in Germany and internationally
- Take ownership of the end-to-end production and distribution process for all client reporting, including valuation and performance reports, investment reports, factsheets, and other deliverables, ensuring all deadlines are consistently met
- Support Client Account Managers across European locations (Germany, France, and the UK) and coordinate timely and accurate responses to client queries
- Prepare high-quality materials for client meetings and presentations
- Coordinate client information requests by collaborating closely with Investment, Distribution, Compliance, and Risk teams, and liaise with clients, account managers, and external vendors as required
- Serve as the primary contact for both external and internal clients regarding any queries or issues related to the online portal, provide comprehensive support for the online client portal, ensuring a seamless user experience
What you bring
- University degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field with a focus on investments
- Experience in asset management
- Excellent communication skills with strong people skills and a consultative approach to problem-solving and the ability to explain complex technical analysis to a non-technical audience
- A team-player with the ability to operate effectively and collaboratively with a “speak up” attitude and mindset
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and thorough validation of figures
- Strong knowledge of the Asset Management business with the full picture from front to back office
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Fluency in German and English both written and spoken; other languages such as French are a plus
- Proficiency in SQL, Python and Data Management tools as well as a sound understanding of data architecture would be a distinct advantage
