As an Employee Listening Specialist (f/m/d), you will be responsible for overseeing employee listening to understand employees’ experiences and devise evidence-based action for impactful culture and engagement initiatives.
Depending on previous experience and interest, the scope of the role could additionally include focus on inclusion or health and wellbeing initiatives.
This position will be based in Frankfurt.
What you will do
- Oversee employee listening activities (for example the Allianz Engagement Survey, pulse surveys, Great Place to Work, onboarding and exit surveys) from end to end
- Manage and analyse data effectively, transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights
- Create dashboards, reports and presentations employing data storytelling and visualisations to effectively communicate findings and support strategic decision making
- Make recommendations based on findings for initiatives to drive improvements in employee experience
- Contribute to designing and rolling out initiatives for employees, teams and managers across a range of topics such as inclusion, health and wellbeing to foster the desired culture and strengthen overall engagements
- Define and monitor success metrics for further improvement
What you bring
- University degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Psychology, Business Administration, Organisational Development or a related field of study
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI
- Experience in creating dashboards
- Strong data storytelling and visualisation skills
- Proven ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative insights to take evidence-based action
- Experience with survey platforms such as Qualtrics
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee substantial projects
- Outstanding relationship management skills
- Fluency in English both spoken and written, German language skills are a plus
