Finance Business Partner (f/m/d) - Limited to 9 months

We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Finance Business Partner (f/m/d) who has experience with financial accounting and controlling related topics.

In this exciting role, you will report to the Head of Productivity. You will work closely with our Finance Business Partners and play a key role in supporting our Business Functions.

This position will be based in Frankfurt or Munich.

What you will do

• Foster relationships with functional Business Managers, providing challenge and acting as a sparring partner jointly with our Finance Business Partners
• Support and facilitate monthly reporting, accounting and closing support activities
• Foster day-to-day interaction with functions and serve as an interface to the Finance function
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and analysis efforts to provide strategic insights and support decision-making processes for functions and senior management
• Deliver relevant financial reporting to support performance management and decision-making
• Contribute to analysis of Investment Cases and providing further insights into the decision-making process
• Contribute to global Finance projects as required
• Maintain and further develop existing Power BI reports

What you bring

• Academic background in Economics or related field; Bachelor's required, MBA, finance degree, and/or CFA preferred
• Ideally 2-3 years of experience in business partnering, financial planning and analysis or business management
• Good analytical skills with the ability to present findings effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset
• First experience in working with and supporting senior management
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Power BI, and SAP (ERP, Bl)
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to use Generative AI with knowledge of Microsoft CoPilot
