We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) for our modern and innovative location Frankfurt am Main.

The Development – Project Management team is responsible for repositioning and preparing assets to meet future challenges. By combining technical expertise with strategic vision, the team collaborates with various stakeholders to develop Prime assets. Anticipating the needs of investors and tenants, the team designs programs to enhance portfolio resilience and asset appeal, reduce carbon footprints and obsolescence, and maximize financial performance through top-quality products.

 

 

What you will do:

 

  • Coordinate the various project phases, from design to execution
  • Analyze design and technical documentation
  • Monitor timelines and budgets to ensure goals are met
  • Manage risks and implement mitigation plans
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of all project-related documents
  • Prepare technical documentation for the commercialization of the program
  • Participate in drafting and managing contracts with service providers (e.g., writing specifications, organizing tenders, contract structuring)
  • Support West Europe Harmonization Program
  • Assist the team leader in project monitoring and investor presentations
  • Consolidate data across all projects
  • Prepare project progress reports in coordination with internal and external stakeholders

 

 

What you bring:

 

  • active student (m/f/d) from an engineering school, or with a specialization in real estate, with a strong interest in real estate or architecture
  • Prior internship or apprenticeship experience in construction project management is a plus
  • Excellent command of English, as well as German
  • Proficient in office tools (Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to synthesize, conceptualize, and solve problems effectively in dynamic environments
  • Team player, autonomous, and proactive
