Job purpose/Role 

Private Markets are a strategically important and fast-growing area of our business, characterized by increasing investment complexity and data volume. The Reporting, Analytics & Investment Support team plays a central role in ensuring high-quality operational processes, accurate data management and reliable reporting across all Private Markets strategies.

The team supports the full investment lifecycle from transaction and data handling to investor reporting and analytics and collaborates closely with investment teams, service providers and other internal stakeholders. We are continuously enhancing our operating model and reporting architecture to drive automation, improve data quality and enable scalable solutions that meet evolving business and regulatory requirements.

In this environment you will play a key role in shaping the way Private Markets data and processes are managed, contributing to the efficiency, transparency and quality of our global reporting and investment support setup.

What you will do 

In this role, you will lead a team at the heart of Private Markets operations, ensuring excellence in data management, reporting, and transaction support for our Direct Strategies. You will shape processes, strengthen collaboration across teams, and drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, data quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. In particular, you will carry out the following duties:

• Leading, mentoring and developing a team of professionals in the area of Investment Support & Reporting (Direct Strategies)
• Overseeing transaction execution, transaction lifetime events and coordination with service providers to ensure smooth and accurate processing
• Ensuring high data quality and completeness in systems such as Allvue and eFront including reconciliations with other data sources
• Supervising the preparation of high-quality reports and analytics for management and clients
• Acting as escalation point for operational, data and reporting related issues
• Driving process improvements and supporting the onboarding of new investment products and structures
• Collaborating closely with investment, operations risk and compliance teams to ensure efficient and compliant processes

What you bring

• Several years of experience in Private Markets or Alternative Investments, ideally with asset management, AIFM, or a service provider environment
• Strong understanding of operational processes across Infrastructure Debt, Private Credit, or similar illiquid investment strategies
• Familiarity with fund structures, cash flow processes and data/reporting workflows
• Hands-on experience with data platforms such as Allvue or eFront is a plus
• Proven leadership capabilities with a collaborative and empowering management style
• Excellent communication, organization and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
• University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline
• Fluency in English; German or other language is an advantage
