Job Purpose/Role:

You will join a high-impact Private Markets Products & Operations team, at the forefront of driving digital transformation and AI enablement across Private Markets Business Enabling functions, with strong international exposure and senior stakeholder engagement.

You will report directly to the Head of Private Markets Products & Operations.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Drive identification, prioritization and end-to-end implementation of AI and digitization use cases across Private Markets Business Enabling functions
• Translate business needs into scalable digital and AI solutions in close collaboration with stakeholders and technology teams
• Lead delivery from ideation to roll-out, ensuring tangible impact, efficiency gains and measurable value creation
• Drive adoption and change management, embedding solutions into day-to-day operations across international teams
• Establish KPIs and track performance, ROI and operational improvements of implemented initiatives
• Identify and execute opportunities for standardization, automation and optimization across the operating model
• Contribute to the Private Markets AI and digitization roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader strategic priorities

Qualifications and Skills:

• University degree in business, finance, technology or a related field
• Relevant experience in asset management or consulting, with exposure to Private Markets and business enabling functions
• Proven track record in delivering digitization, transformation or AI initiatives in an execution-driven environment
• Strong ability to bridge business and technology, with hands-on experience in driving use case implementation and adoption
• Solid understanding of Private Markets processes and operating models across functions (e.g. Ops, Finance, Risk, Products)
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior audiences and drive change across international teams
• Highly structured, solution-oriented and execution-focused mindset, combined with strong communication skills and high ownership
