Working Student CSE EMEA- Institutional HUB (f/m/d)
Frankfurt, DE, 60323
We are currently looking for a Working Student to join the CSE EMEA - Institutional HUB Team! The position will be based in our Frankfurt office.
About the Job
The Client Servicing Excellence (CSE) EMEA Team is responsible for centralizing client servicing tasks that are scalable and repeatable. These tasks include activities such as onboarding new clients, managing lifecycle events, providing reporting support, and handling requests for proposals (RFPs) and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs). The team also addresses data management and platform-related topics.
Operating on both a global and local scale, the CSE EMEA Team adapts its approach based on the requirements for scale and efficiency. When specific client, regulatory, or market needs arise, the team ensures local expertise and proximity, delivering tailored support where necessary.
While the CSE EMEA Team provides comprehensive support, it does not replace the ownership held by local Client Account Managers (CAMs). Instead, it complements local efforts by handling core servicing functions, allowing CAMs to maintain their direct client relationships and responsibilities.
