Working Student Client Account Management (f/m/d)

 About the Job  

Distribution AZ Insurance (DAI) operates as the central client interface function to Allianz entities for their own account assets. The Client Account Management team is the central point of contact between Allianz Operating Entities and AllianzGI and covers the various daily requests and initiatives from clients (reporting, error handling, Compliance & Regulatory requirements, new initiatives, Cross Selling, etc.) and from AllianzGI.

What you do 

• Support the Master KVG activities related to Allianz Funds and help with the day-to-day running of the service
• Gradually get involved in a range of operational tasks, including supporting recurring activities such as cash flow management, client reporting, fund setup processes, and responding to general client queries
• Assist with data extraction and basic data quality checks
• Contribute to ongoing automation and process improvement initiatives (e.g. data cleaning and mapping)
• Provide support during peak periods, particularly around service reviews and reporting cycles
• Help to prepare and maintain process documentation
• Support the team to ensure continuity of service during absences or holiday periods
• Work closely with experienced team members and gain practical insight into Master KVG operations in an international asset management environment.

What you bring 

• Ongoing higher education in a Master II, or equivalent, in the area of business, economics, finance, engineering
• Enthusiasm to learn and contribute
• Hands on mentality
• Interest in bringing innovative ideas to concrete results
• Office365 mastery, especially on Excel
• Proficiency in English both written and spoken
• Self-motivation and commitment
• Excellent relationship management, interpersonal and intercultural skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
