We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Working Student to support our Fund in Fund Operations team, with additional exposure to Distribution Operations. This position will be based in our Frankfurt office.

 

About the Job 

 

The Fund in Fund Operations team ensures efficient and stable operational processes related to investment into target funds. We work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain high-quality service and operational excellence. The role may also include support for Distribution Operations team, such as assisting with fund-related documentation and onboarding processes for distributors and clients.

  

What you do

 

  • Assist with trade processing, settlement, and onboarding of target funds for fund-of-fund structures
  • Support compliance monitoring (e.g. sanctions, ESG) and supporting collecting regulatory documents (e.g., TPTs, VAG)
  • Update IT systems with regularly required figures and contributing to data quality checks
  • Contribute to quality enhancements for internal tools (e.g., Front Office Tool, Data Warehouse), assisting with reporting and documentation
  • Support the preparation and distribution of fund-related documents to platforms and service providers (e.g., Bloomberg, Morningstar), ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and data checks for new distributors and clients, including basic validations and system updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Portfolio Management, Compliance) and external counterparties (e.g. asset managers, service providers, custodians).

 

What you bring

 

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Economics, Finance, Banking, or a related field
  • Strong academic performance and analytical mindset • Ideally, first experience in Asset Management
  • Excellent skills in business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus)
  • Proficiency in English required; German is a plus
  • Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
