You will be joining the Real Estate Strategy & Services team, who is responsible for defining and driving AllianzGI’s global real estate strategy, while providing comprehensive support to the management of our corporate locations across Europe, APAC, and the US.
This role is based in our Frankfurt office.
What you will do
- Support the Service Point & Digital Solutions team with development of interactive Power BI dashboards for visualizing real estate key performance indicators, and real estate portfolio performance
- Develop and implement data management concepts
- Develop automated reporting systems to support strategic decisions in real estate management
- Assist with consolidation and harmonization of data from various sources
- Monitor and optimize data quality
- Support a holistic digital-transformation strategy for real estate management.
What you bring
- Fluency in English required, German would be highly beneficial
- Corporate and business experience
- Currently working towards a graduate or master’s degree
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis
- Positive and proactive approach to problem solving
- Curiosity and strong results orientation
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
