Job Description:
- Lead, manage, and develop existing agents within Bandung area
- Monitoring & take necessary action to drive sales performance
- Organizing, regular review & visit all agencies on activities & KPIs
- Follow up & Follow through issues between Agencies and Allianz
- Manage administration work & providing regular reports
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in related management / marketing
- Minimal 2 years experience in insurance industry
- Excellence insurance knowledge
- Excellence in negotiation and communication skill
- Able to operate microsoft office (excel and powerpoint)
- Able to work under pressure and meet the deadline
