Bancassurance Sales Support

Main role for this position is responsible in providing reports and payment process related MA/Escrow, General Expense, and others dedicated for HSBC and Maybank; also to provide contest, campaign and event including trip for 8 banks (HSBC, Maybank, SMBC, QNB, OCBC, Victoria, CTBC, Hana).

Job Description:

1. Handle Marketing Allowance (MA) / Escrow balance and expense report; also General Expense (GE); including Citadel, non IT Portion, and KITE for HSBC and Infrastructure for Maybank
2. Maintain accrual and reconcile with finance team
3. Responsible of disbursement process for sales (Bank & AZLI) campaign
4. Initiate ideas to simplify or fastest payment process thru internal system like XM and ARIBA
5.  Liaise and coordination with respective dept. both internal (Finance, Tax, Cashier, Channel Head, BD, etc) and or external (Bank Partner, Vendor, etc) party due payment process
6. Make socialization to Banca Dept, related changes in regulation Finance, Tax, or others related procedure.
7. Supporting to making of analysis, overrun / underrun for each Bank consist of Cost Centre and CoA
8. Managing carbon emissions each dept. in Banca.
9. Benchmarking contest n campaign from competitor: Initiate idea of segmented participant contest through analysing existing customer data based on supporting data/report from SPM/MIS Department and bank partner's behaviourIncreasing existing product penetration to growth continuously through contest and campaign initiatives. Liaise and coordination with respective department both internal and or external party to develop sales program (contest & campaign) for all channel in Bancassurance and to support the achievement of sales target. 
10. To check and review the sales contest performance and actual cost report by monthly basis.  Supporting to making of analysis, insight and recommendation event type that is suitable for each participant.
11. Creating and developing events for Bancassurance such as Kick off, Blue Eagle Awarding Night (BEAN), Final lap, etc. It includes event & trip management from concept to execution as well. Also managing domestic/overseas trip rewards for Sellers, including vendor bidding, itinerary planning and documents handling.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Bancassurance Supporting area, whether from insurance or other financial institutions, preferably in a multicultural environment.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain a broad network, including strong connections with market players, policyholders, and bank partners.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a robust ability to perform data analysis and utilize digital AI tools.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
