Head of Product Development

1. Analysis of market and competition from survey result to define product strategy
2. Design the product concept by strategy and/or requirement
3. Product Committee Meetings, advisory and correction proposal
4. OJK Pack internal stakeholder review and SIGNOFF
5. OJK Pack submission and feedbacks response
6. Work on and collaboration with Allianz Indonesia product team (as shared function) and marketing communications
7. Able to maintain and perform as main-hub with various internal/external functions

Have Technical Skills such as:

1. Regulation & Filing (internal and regulator)
2. Insurance Product (basic)
3. Insurance Technical Skill: underwriting, claim, product design, re insurance (basic)
4. Marketing and Sales Skill

Have General Skills such as:

1. Bachelor Degree in Business or Insurance Management major
2. Have at least 5 years of experience in Insurance (General Insurance)
3. Language : Basic English
4. Good analytical, communication, leadership and strategic thinking        
5. Certified as CGI / AAAIK certification or international equivalent (CII/ANZIFF)
6. Strong skills in microsoft office and in maintain data analysis or using digital AI
