Initiative & Enterprise Agility Specialist

A Strategic Initiative and Enterprise Agility Specialist is responsible for driving high‑priority organizational programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy, and embedding agile practices to improve adaptability and execution. This role blends strategic planning with operational agility, requiring strong analytical, communication, and change management skills.

What You do:

• Partner with senior leadership to translate corporate vision into actionable initiatives
• Develop project plans, framework, structure, timelines, and budgets for strategic programs
• Monitor progress against OKRs and KPIs, ensuring measurable outcomes
• Introduce and scale agile frameworks across departments
• Coach teams and leaders on agile principles to foster adaptability and responsiveness
• Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement practices
• Facilitate communication between business units, technology, and operations
• Build stakeholder alignment through RACI/RAI matrices and clear governance structures
• Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes

What You bring:

• Strong cross functional project management skill set with abiliAbility to connect long‑term vision with short‑term executionty to gain buyin- persuasion
• Deep knowledge of agile methodologies and scaling frameworks
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• General knowledge on scaled agile framework (i.e. SAfE, DAD, LESS, NEXUS, etc.). Preferable have certifications on one of those framework
• In depth knowledge on financial industry ( especially on insurance business ) and its special features is of advantage
• Certification on Project Management (PMBOK)
• Posses AI-related skills (Phyton, Tensorflow, PyTorch), Machine Learning
