What you do:
- Review and provide advice on agreements between the Company and external parties including ensuring due dilligence, negotiating legal terms, and monitoring/maintenance of the related legal documentation
- Review policy wording for products (subject to his/her coverage of portolio responsibility)
- Update on Laws and Regulations
- Supervise legal teams daily activities to ensure the teams efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct training and socialization
- Perform other tasks that are within the job scope, including handing short-term and long-term project
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent practical experienc
- Minimum 6-8 years in Corporate Law; Insurance knowldge is a plus
- Having knowledge of a wide variety of substantive legal disciplines, including corporate and commercial law
- Having understanding of the Group and knowledge of business norms and practices
- AI-Skills, ChatGPT or Copilot and Advantage
