What You Do:

  • Develop procedures. Strategies, and monitor the implementations of Compliance Programs under his/her responsibilities (Regulatory Compliance), including preparing slides and communication for awareness and training to the various departments including agency/sales force
  • Monitor regulatory compliance program implementation process, including delivering the training and evaluating implementation reports
  • Supervise Compliance team's daily activities to ensure the team's effeciency and effectiveness
  • Develop an effective team through sharing and exhibiting best practices and perform coaching, mentoring, performance management and development planning
  • Perform other task that are within the job scope, including short-term compliance projects and supporting other projects in Legal & Compliance division

What You Bring:

  • Min. 5-7 years  in Corporate Law experience, preferably focusing on Compliance
  • Posses Bachelor Degree in Law/Business Law
  • Has Professional Certification in Law (preferrable)
  • Having general understanding in insurance industry business process
  • Preferably having hands on experience in Data Analysis
