Summary of the Role:

The S&T lead will join the engine room of organizational change in driving strategic programs and perform the role of a transformation partner for the relevant lead CXO/CXOs to ensure execution success of our core strategic programs. The role will be responsible for driving performance management of a major strategic vertical and execution delivery (day to day project management including status reporting, risk mitigation/ escalation) and working out detailed remediation/ recovery plans to re-align delivery. Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Execution, the incumbant will play a key role in defining and delivering our enterprise strategy as part of the Results Delivery Office of AZID.

What You Do:

  • Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives
  • Drive project management/ portfolio management of required initiatives to ensure status reporting, mitigation and project planning alongside initiative owners
  • Monitor progress against OKRs and KPIs, ensuring measurable outcomes
  • Thought leadership and strategic planning to drive best in class delivery for topical areas in line with industry best practices
  • Sparring partner for CXOs to ideate, define and deliver strategy into results, including: Conducting market, financial, and operational analysis to identify growth opportunities and providing data‑driven recommendations to leadership for strategic decision‑making
  • Facilitate communication between business units, technology, and operations
  • Build stakeholder alignment through RACI/RAI matrices and clear governance structures
  • Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes

What You Bring:

  • Strong cross functional project management skill set with abiliAbility to connect long‑term vision with short‑term executionty to gain buyin- persuasion
  • Deep knowledge of agile methodologies and scaling frameworks
  • Skilled in KPI design, data interpretation, and scenario modeling
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience guiding organizations through transformation
  • In depth knowledge on financial industry ( especially on insurance business ) and its special features is of advantage
  • Posses AI-related skills (Phyton, Tensorflow, PyTorch), Machine Learning
