Join us now as Business Analyst in Hong Kong within the Front Office Service/ Operation team.
What you do
- Support AllianzGI’s Front Office Services team concerning the administration of the Bloomberg Asset & Investment Manager (AIM) system as well as with thinkFolio
- Interacting with Portfolio Managers and Traders on all system- and financial instrument-related issues
- Ensure daily business-as-usual (BAU) support as a Bloomberg AIM Administrator
- Ideally experienced with the key functionalities of Bloomberg AIM, i.e. TSOX, EMSX, MFTX, BDS, OMX, PM, CMGR, VMGR, CUTS, LEIA, SSI, OMSA; ideally also with PORT, PRTU, and JMGR
- Support start-of day readiness for thinkFolio
- Member of the global Front Office Services team
What you bring
- University degree in Computer Science/Math/Science/Engineering or related field of studies
- Affinity to investment data, especially transaction data related to trading
- Understanding of GenAI, data models and SQL knowledge
- Previous experience with order management systems preferred, ideally as an Admin for Bloomberg AIM and/or S&P thinkFolio
- Ideally familiarity with trading platforms such as TradeWeb, MarketAxess, FX Connect, FXGO, etc.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, very international and culturally sensitive environment
- A quick learner who is motivated to drive forward constructive change
- AI skills: MS CoPilot
