The HR Generalist is a trusted point of contact, delivering practical, solution-oriented HR support through modern digital tools. By ensuring high quality operations, continuous improvement, automation, and data driven insights, the role contributes directly to business success and a seamless, AI supported user experience. Adaptable and pragmatic, the HR Generalist drives innovation, supports change, and collaborates closely with HR Operations, HR Business Partners, Product Houses, and external partners to deliver consistent and compliant people services across regions.

 

The role is based in our London office.

 

What you do

 

People Service Delivery & Process Excellence

  • Deliver accurate, efficient, and compliant end to end HR processes
  • Proactively prioritise and manage tasks, escalating issues promptly and follow through to resolution
  • Drive continuous improvement, manage priorities proactively, and ensure operational excellence in RUN activities

 

Employee & Manager Support

  • Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day HR queries from employees, managers, and external partners
  • Provide clear guidance on HR policies and processes, ensuring a positive user experience
  • Manage employee lifecycle administration and local reporting, including onboarding, offboarding, relocations, and visas
  • Coordinate benefits administration and vendor management in partnership with the HR Country Lead

 

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all People Services processes are documented, and HR activities are delivered in compliance with legal, regulatory, policy and internal control requirements, and are carried out in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain and update SOPs annually in collaboration with People Services Leads
  • Safeguard confidential employee information by upholding the highest standards of data privacy and data security
  • Stay informed in employment legislation and global HR processes, ensuring guidance provided remains accurate and compliant
  • Provide support for any audit or reporting requirements, and other compliance activities
  • Ensure People Services processes are documented and delivered in line with legal, regulatory, policy, and SOP requirements
  • Maintain and update SOPs annually with People Services Leads
  • Protect employee data through strict data privacy and security standards
  • Stay up to date on employment legislation and global HR processes to ensure compliant guidance
  • Support audits, reporting, and other compliance activities

 

Digital Enablement & Continuous Innovation

  • Drive digital-first People service delivery by leveraging modern tools, automation, and user-friendly platforms
  • Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, streamline, and digitize end-to-end HR processes to ensure positive user experience
  • Actively contribute to People Services initiatives, acting as an active participant and promoter in change.

 

What you bring

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with relevant experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end HR value chain, including employment law and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • High digital proficiency, with hands on experience in SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Microsoft 365 (incl. Copilot), and a strong interest in AI solutions
  • Proven ability to adapt to and actively support change in a fast-evolving digital HR environment
  • Experience contributing to HR digitalisation initiatives such as automation, process redesign, and service optimisation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with a strong focus on learning, innovation, and new ways of working
  • Asset Management industry experience preferred
  • Experience supporting HR teams across multiple European locations would be beneficial.
