Job Purpose/Role

The new team member will be an integral part of AGI Infrastructure Equity Direct’s Asset Management Team, based in the Munich office but working closely with London based colleagues.

 

The position is a two-year fixed-term contract.

 

What you do:

 

  • Dual function of (1) Valuation and Investor Reporting and (2) ESG Reporting
  • Management of input into quarterly valuations
  • Coordination of quarterly investor reporting for Allianz and  coordination and oversight of AllianzGI Infrastructure Direct Equity 3rd party funds investor reporting, incl. support on fundraising
  • Assisting with quarterly investment update meeting for Allianz investors, regular and ad hoc requests and 3rd party investor queries
  • Cash management and distribution planning
  • Coordination of financial inputs into Semi-Annual Investment reviews
  • Regular update of internal asset management tools
  • Allianz, AllianzGI and 3rd party investor ESG/sustainability reporting (including reporting under SFDR and CSRD, application of TCFD and monitoring of SDG compliance)
  • Portfolio decarbonisation tracking and reporting
  • Portfolio sustainability performance benchmarking
  • Application and monitoring of EU Taxonomy
  • Portfolio climate risk assessment and monitoring
  • New investment screening on ESG/sustainability metrics 
  • Preparation of ESG related fundraising materials

 

What you bring:

 

  • Bachelor degree (with minimum of 2:1 honours or international equivalent), Masters degree or higher
  • Experience of working within a financial institution (front or back office), within consulting or with a background in industry
  • Strong quantitative skills with high competency in data driven analysis
  • Self-motivated and keen to build expertise quickly 
  • Expert with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in applying generative AI tools like Copilot to improve operational efficiency
  • Well organised with a rigorous attention to detail
