Who will you be joining?
Group Reporting is the financial and non-financial / sustainability publishing unit of the Allianz Group. We report timely and relevant financial and non-financial information to executive management, the capital markets, investors, regulators and other stakeholders and are responsible for the production of the Annual and Interim Report, Solvency II qualitative reports, the Analyst presentation and other non-financial disclosures.
In addition to exciting topics and a collaborative work environment, we support and challenge you and your development. During your time with our team, you will complete a two-year, work-integrated Master's program at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), the Graduate School for Leadership & Management at Steinbeis University. How can you make an impact?
Within this team you will take a pivotal role and support us with the following tasks:
- The preparation and coordination of content deliveries for financial reports such as the Annual and Interim Report, or Solvency and Financial Condition Report (SFCR), Regular Supervisory Report (RSR) of the Allianz Group including close cooperation with internal stakeholders
- Content and language review including cross-product alignment, incorporation of feedback from stakeholders, implementation of layout changes, data uploads via the reporting tools
- Further enhancement and automation of reporting processes through the use of AI
- Preparation of key capital market analyses, financial reports and presentations for internal as well as external stakeholders such as Board of Management, Supervisory Board, analysts and rating agencies
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc reporting, analysis and projects as well as administrative and organizational tasks
- You are enrolled for a master’s degree at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE) during the contract period

- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of business processes
- Proactive and solution-oriented working style, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and perform effectively under time pressure
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results paired with excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment
- Genuine enthusiasm for creative and innovative solutions, including a passion for forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence and enterprise AI tools (e.g., internal ChatGPT solutions) combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Teams
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
