Dual master's degree with SIBE: Junior HR Transformation Manager at Allianz SE (m/f/d)

Who will you be joining? 

You will join the global SuccessFactors Product Owners team which is responsible for driving the roll out of SuccessFactors modules, add on tools and AI features for all Allianz entities globally. We drive continuous improvements of the global HR system landscape with a focus on user experience and AI. We collaborate closely with our stakeholders in the local Allianz entities, the global Product Houses and our Tech and Services partners. We operate in cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and support the rollout and usage of HR tools and systems across Allianz Operating Entities. In addition to exciting topics and a collaborative work environment, we support and challenge you and your development. During your time with our team, you will complete a two-year, work-integrated Master's program at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), the Graduate School for Leadership & Management at Steinbeis University. • Leverage and drive AI in various systems, applications and processes.

• Prepare relevant working material.

What are you made of? 

• Strong academic track record in IT, AI, transformation or management/business.
• Comprehensive experience in creating AI solutions and incorporating them into existing processes and systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, German a plus.
• Project mgt. experience, Scrum or related.
• Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
