HR Communications Specialist (f/m/d) - Limited to 24 Months

We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented HR Communications Specialist (f/m/d) for Employee Engagement and Employer Branding. 

Within this exciting role, you will be part of the Global HR team which is located across Asia, Europe and the US. You will work in a dynamic environment offering plenty of opportunities to develop technically and personally. Depending on the seniority and the previous experiences of the candidate, the scope and the responsibilities can be broadened.

The position is based in either our Frankfurt or Munich office.

What you will do

•    Be the voice and tone in employee communication and ensure meaningful and engaging HR communication across the globe through a variety of channels that “speak with one voice”, contributing to great employee experience 
•    Liaise and collaborate with all HR functions, the global communications function as well as other functions, to continuously identify current and future communication needs
•    Conceptualize and implement internal as well as external communication campaigns on a broad range of topics spanning from benefits, development, local engagement groups, inclusion and equal opportunities, health and wellbeing and any other people and culture topics
•    Work with a broad range of communication channels: intranet, internet, newsletters, video, brochures, etc. to steer BAU HR communication 
•    Manage relevant Employer Branding channels to tell our stories and contribute to attract and retain talents 
•    Maintain career pages, social media platforms and employer review boards

What you bring 

•    Excellent university degree in Communications, Journalism, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration or related field of study with strong focus on communication 
•    Ideally 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role
•    Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); English as mother tongue proficiency is preferred, further language skills are a plus (German)
•    Demonstrated experience with communications, proven storytelling skills and the ability to adapt communication to a wide range of audiences
•    Outstanding relationship management skills
•    Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams, “see the bigger picture” and connect the dots
•    Ability to prioritize and work efficiently even under pressure in a dynamic environment
•    Willingness to take responsibility to own and drive topics
•    Experience with Microsoft CoPilot
