Job Purpose/Role

We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) to strengthen our Infrastructure Fund & Co-Investments team at ACP’s head office in Munich for a duration of at least 3 months starting from August / September 2026.

What you do:

• Working together with the investment team on live transactions during the due diligence process and the compilation of investment papers for discussion in investment committees
• Gaining experience in financial modelling on infrastructure funds and co-investments (incl. DCF, LBO and other valuation methodologies)
• Screening of potential funds and co-investments, including the gathering of information, compilation of presentations, and participation in meetings
• Supporting the investment team on asset management, including the analysis of operational / financial performance of portfolio companies, as well as contributing to ESG / sustainability data analyses
• Ad-hoc projects, including macro-economic analyses, mapping of the global infrastructure fund market, benchmarkings, process improvement initiatives, etc.

What you bring:

• Currently enrolled student in the area of finance, accounting, or a comparable program
• Excellent academic record and fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Prior work experience in the financial services industry (e.g. Private Equity, Investment Banking / M&A, Consulting etc.)
• Team player with outstanding analytical skills, attention to detail, and high degree of dedication
• High level of resilience, ambition to learn in a fast paced environment, and ability to remain focused under pressure
• Advanced experience with MS Office, in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Experience in applying generative AI tools like Copilot to improve operational efficiency
