Job Purpose/Role

We are looking for an intern (f/m/d) to work with our Private Equity Investments Team in Munich throughout the whole investment process (from due diligence through to the investment decision), starting as soon as possible for at least 6 months.

What you do

• Quantitative analyses (market analyses, track record analyses, fair market valuation of portfolio companies)
• Support our investment managers during the due diligence of private equity funds and co-investments
• Participation in internal meetings to discuss and prioritize investment opportunities
• Support in the preparation of investment proposals and presentations
• Research on market and company information (using common databases)
  
  

What you bring

• Advanced studies of economics or business administration with excellent results and specialization in finance, investment or business valuation
• First internship experience in corporate finance, M&A, transaction services or private equity
• Experience in using financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Thomson)
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
• You should have strong work ethics and be a self-starter with the ability to operate as a true team player in an international environment
• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
