Who will you be joining?
You will be part of the Business Transformation team at Allianz SE. Become part of the Crew Lead team, responsible for end-to-end lifecycle management of Product Owners, Business Analysts, PMOs & Designers to support effective Busienss Process Management rollouts at scale.
How can you make an impact?
- Assist with coordination and tracking of resource, capacity, and role allocations
- Support Crew Leads in organizing and documenting people development, learning, and onboarding activities, creation of dashboard overviews
- Help establishing lively communities of practice
- Prepare materials, summaries, and follow-ups for workshops, ceremonies, and community sessions
- Collect & structure learnings and improvement ideas from Tribe & Delivery leads
- Get actively involved in adjacent activities that support rollout activities
What are you made of?
- Enrolled university student with excellent academic track record
- First experience in working in an agile environment preferred
- Structured thinking skills with high attention to detail, savvy with Excel
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in agile environments
- Strong organizational skills and interest in people development and transformation topics
- Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT
