Intern - Data & AI Innovation at Allianz SE (m/f/d)

Who will you be joining?

You will join Allianz Vehicle Intelligence (AVI), a global team at Allianz SE, delivering scalable solutions across the motor value chain for Allianz companies worldwide.

AVI turns business questions into clear data and AI use cases and ensures data is usable, reliable, and ready for decisions.

This role supports teams early in shaping, prioritising, and validating use cases to focus effort on real business impact.

How can you make an impact?

• Structure data and AI use cases with business and tech teams.
• Check data availability, quality, and feasibility early.
• Support agile and PMO work: priorities, decisions, follow-ups.
• Prepare and support outcome-driven workshops.
• Work with senior stakeholders and domain experts.
• Collaborate across business, data, and technology.
• Support global Data, AI, and Innovation communities.
• Push strong ideas forward. End weak ones early.

• Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills.
• Interest in data, technology, and innovation.
• Basic understanding of agile ways of working.
• Confident, concise communication.
• Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
