Who will you be joining?
Located in Munich and reporting directly to the Global Head of HR, this position at Allianz SE Reinsurance is essential in supporting, developing, and implementing initiatives in Learning, Talent Development, and People Analytics.
How can you make an impact?
- Supporting the creation and implementation the global learning strategy
- Preparing talent management discussions and reports
- Supporting the nomination, preparation and follow-up of career transition programs
- Contributing to the realization of our defined Strategic Workforce Planning actions
- Supporting the Learning & Talent Development Manager in designing and rolling out learning offers
- Supporting the team in various data-related tasks, e.g. reporting, dashboards etc. (People Analytics)
- Creating powerpoint presentations with data visualization
- Actively participation in Inclusion Councils and support for related initiatives
- Organization and support of internal events (e.g., Kids Day, Women’s Day, etc.)
- Supporting Family & Health initiatives, contributing to programs that promote employee well-being
What are you made of?
- Currently enrolled as a student in (business) psychology, business administration, economics or related studies
- Good knowledge and understanding of creating concepts, tools and techniques for change and learning
- Solution-oriented and thorough working style, with a good eye for details and design
- End-to-end and full picture thinking; ability to work autonomously
- Strong analytical skills and data management proficiency
- Strong powerpoint skills and visualization skills
- Proven interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, can-do attitude
- Experience in strategic HR of a global organization would be appreciated
- Project management experience
- Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT
