We are currently looking for a Working Student to join the Infrastructure Debt Germany Team within the Global Investment Platform! The position will be based in our Munich office.
About the Job
The Infrastructure Debt Germany Team is part of the Global Investment Platform and focuses on infrastructure debt investment opportunities within the asset and investment management space.
As a Working Student, you will support the investment team throughout the entire investment process, from the initial screening of opportunities and transaction due diligence to financial modelling and investor communication. You will gain exposure to infrastructure debt investments and work closely with investment professionals on a wide range of transactions and fundraising activities.
What you do
- Support the initial screening of investment opportunities, including the preparation of materials and presentations for the Infrastructure Debt Investment Committee
- Assist in preparing materials to present investment opportunities to current and potential investors
- Undertake detailed transaction due diligence, including the review and analysis of financial, legal, commercial, and technical reports
- Support risk and ESG assessments as well as internal transaction ratings
- Conduct financial modelling of investment opportunities
- Support the Infrastructure Debt Investment Team and Product Specialists in fundraising activities and investor communication
- Assist with various ad hoc tasks and analyses related to infrastructure debt investments.
What you bring
- Enrolled student in Business Administration or a related field at Master's level or in an advanced stage of a Bachelor's degree programme
- Excellent academic achievements
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to clearly articulate investment-related content
- Proven interest in financial markets, finance, and private markets/real assets
- Ability to work diligently under time pressure
- Strong team ethic and well-organized working style
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in written and spoken English; an additional European language is a plus
- Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
