Working Student - Talent Management, Learning & Development (f/m/d)

About the Job 

We are looking for a working student to join our Talent Management, Learning & Development team, which operates globally across Europe, Asia Pacific and US. You will be based in Frankfurt or Munich and flexibly work 20 hours per week. The contract runs for 12 months.

What you do 

• Coordinate global learning and talent initiatives end to end, from content preparation and trainer collaboration to stakeholder communication and onsite support (if needed)
• Curate and create impactful digital learning content, including e‑learning modules, learning pathways, and short videos
• Analyze learning data by supporting the collection and evaluation of learning activities across platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, Degreed, DataCamp, and the Learning Management SystemManage Learning & Development inquiries by acting as a key point of contact for the L&D mailbox
• Maintain and continuously improve Intranet pages while contributing to internal communications and promotional campaigns
• Design clear, engaging presentations and user‑friendly guides to support Talent Management and Learning & Development initiatives.

What you bring

• You are currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in any field of study
• You have gained at least one relevant work experience demonstrating your ability to work independently, for example through an internship, part‑time role, vocational training, or similar experience
• You are confident using Microsoft applications, particularly PowerPoint; experience with Excel macros, Power BI, or AI prompting techniques is an advantage
• You bring a creative mindset and are comfortable working with modern digital communication and collaboration tools such as MS Teams, SharePoint Online, Slido, and related platforms
• You have basic video editing and storytelling skills and enjoy creating engaging, user‑centric content
• You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in a fast‑paced, international environment
• You demonstrate a high level of integrity and handle confidential information with discretion and care
• You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in both German and English
• You remain calm under pressure and consistently deliver high‑quality work, even when timelines are tight
• You are proactive, service‑oriented, and motivated by contributing to a positive employee and learning experience.
