We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) for our modern and innovative location in Munich.

Global P&C is a Group Center of Allianz SE, based in Munich. Mandated to drive P&C profit enhancement globally, Global P&C supports operating entities (OEs) to develop a competitive advantage in their markets, to create a self-sustaining culture of improvement within the Allianz Group, to foster P&C talent development and to enhance Technical Excellence (TEX) in P&C. An international team with diverse backgrounds and extensive experience, Global P&C has 90+ colleagues from over 20 countries.

We are looking for a Working Student to join the Global P&C Head Office. In this position you will have the unique opportunity to support us in preparing a Global Event that brings together the Technical Community of Allianz Worldwide. Additionally, you would build a great understanding of how a Head Office operates on a group center level in a large corporation and you would be able to develop your network.

What you will do as a working student at Global P&C (m/f/d)

• Support the Head Office in Event Planning and Preparation of TEX Week, Global P&C Events and Townhalls
• Participation in simplification and automation initiatives as well as to harmonize and standardise global processes
• Assist in all administration tasks that take place in the Head Office

What you bring as a working student at Global P&C (m/f/d)

• Fluency in English and/or German required, further languages would be highly beneficial
• Previous experience in Events and Communications is essential, previous experience in a Head Office environment is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on mentality, can-do attitude and “no task too small” spirit
• Strong attention to detail, accountable and responsible
• Willingness to learn
• Good communicator verbal and written
• Strong IT skills preferred
• Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT
