Who will you be joining? 

 

Allianz Re Change Consulting & Projects (CCP) supports Allianz Re’s change initiatives by coordinating the project portfolio, managing dependencies and providing expertise in project management, change management, and business analysis. The team is involved in a broad range of initiatives, including portfolio delivery, demand management, governance topics and the increasing use of digital and AI-supported tools. As a Working Student, you will be an active part of the team and support our day-to-day project and portfolio work. You will gain hands-on experience in how large organizations manage projects, decisions and change – and how digital tools and structured processes support effective collaboration.

 

How can you make an impact? 

 

  • Coordinate project portfolio controlling, including communication and follow-up with stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and alignment.
  • Prepare and deliver project reports tailored for various stakeholder groups and decision committees, supporting transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Support Project Managers and Business Analysts in managing project assignments and activities, working closely with experienced colleagues and gaining insight into project, change and governance topics in an international environment.
  • Provide operational support to the team by organizing workshops, meetings, and preparing presentations and other working materials.
  • Contribute ideas to improve how we work – for example by supporting process improvements or the use of digital tools such as M365, reporting solutions, AI-enabled features.

 

What are you made of? 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Currently enrolled as university student, preferably in the domain of business administration, economics, data/IT-related studies, engineering, or a comparable field.

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, in particular Teams, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable working in an international environment and fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Strong analytical way of working with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of motivation, reliability, and willingness to learn.
  • Interest in working in (re-)insurance business or financial services environment.
