Working Student in Claims Performance Management at Allianz SE (m/f/d)

Who will you be joining? 

You will play a vital role in our reporting consolidation and analysis processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in an international environment and be responsible for tasks related to analysis and reporting and presentation creation. Your natural curiosity and eagerness to learn will be assets as you engage with various stakeholders to collect and organize data effectively.

How can you make an impact? 

• Reporting Consolidation: Collaborate with teams across the organization and operating entities worldwide to gather, consolidate, and validate reports from various sources.
• Data Analysis: Utilize Excel and, when applicable, Power BI, to analyze and visualize data to derive actionable insights.
• Presentation Creation: Create engaging PowerPoint presentations to communicate data-driven findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with operating entities and other relevant team members to ensure smooth data and reporting collection processes.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular checks.

What are you made of? 

• Strong academic track record; university degree preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or other quantitative and/or related fields.
• Advanced MS Office skills (high proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Power BI is a strong plus.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; German and other language(s) are a plus.
• You are enrolled at a university during the contract period.
• Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
