You will provide direction on technical elements of operations processes in area of work focus. You will consult with senior management on strategic direction of processes, implementing process change, and improved methodologies for processes. Apply established and identify improved methodologies for large complex projects that impact one or more client areas, including researching and looking for industry-leading best practices to integrate into the business. You will lead project planning sessions for complex processes/systems with project team and partners. You will report to the Director Business Operations.

 

What you do:

  • Provide thought and influence leadership to operations leaders on the application and integration of technical processes/elements, including conducting research, presenting recommendations to partners.
  • Support leadership in the optimization of processes through process improvement, change, automation; develop and recommend opportunities to improve process performance to Sr. Leadership.
  • Lead important Life projects to support Operations and our priorities.
  • Introduce leading edge processes; work with project teams, partners, vendors and management to identify business opportunities.
  • Provide coaching to business leaders on the application of technical processes and leadership and mentoring to less other analysts.
  • Business Lead for Life Inforce/Claims Forms and Correspondence
  • Life Inforce/Claims Readiness Lead
  • Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).

 

What you bring:

  • 6 or more years of experience required: Relevant technical or business experience
  • Four-year degree required or equivalent work experience
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.

 

Job posting range: $82,000 - $124,000

 

Note the job posting range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive program. If you are hired, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
