Business Operations Analyst Principal | Hybrid

What you do:

You will provides thought leadership and direction on technical elements of operations processes in area of work focus. As a Business Operations Analyst Principal you will consult with senior management on strategic direction of processes, implementing process change, and improved methodologies for processes. You will effectively apply established and identified improved methodologies for large highly complex initiatives that impact one or more client areas, including researching and seeking out industry leading best practices to integrate into the business. You will participate in or lead project planning sessions for highly complex processes/systems with project team and key stakeholders.

• Provides thought and influence leadership to operations leaders on the application and integration of technical processes/elements, including conducting research, presenting analysis and recommendations to key stakeholders
• Supports leadership in the optimization of processes through process improvement, change, automation; develops and recommends opportunities to improve process performance to Sr. Leadership
• Leads key initiatives to support Operations/business priorities
• Introduces leading edge processes; works with project teams, business partners, key stakeholders, vendors and management to identify, translate, define and recommend business opportunities
• Provides coaching to business leaders on the application of technical processes and leadership and mentoring to less other analysts
• Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)

What you bring:

• 6+ years of experience required, Relevant technical and/or business experience
• Four-year degree required, or equivalent work experience
• You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas

Job posting range $80,000 - $121,000  

Note the job posting range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive program. If you are hired, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
